All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier. Winbox88my reserves the right to modify deposit limits at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected Players.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer and FPX withdrawals typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the receiving institution. During periods of high volume or security review, processing times may be extended.
All accounts are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Winbox88my does not charge currency conversion fees. Players are solely responsible for any fees that may be levied by their payment provider or financial institution.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by Winbox88my are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of each promotion. Players must read all applicable promotion-specific terms before opting in to any bonus offer.
Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in each offer's terms. Real money bets count at 100% towards wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Winbox88my reserves the right to void bonus claims that appear to exploit promotional offers through the creation of multiple accounts or any other method.
Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus balances will be automatically removed from the Player's account without further notice.

Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, Winbox88my reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance and any real-money balance derived from Prohibited Activities. Real-money balances that were deposited legitimately and are not the product of Prohibited Activities will be returned to the Player at Winbox88my's discretion following investigation.
